I was called from (01524) 741226 today (28/11/14) at 18.35. After he announced that he was from a company claims for people that had worked in noisy workplaces. I then asked him to "remove my number from the database, and to never call me again". He said "why should I do that". I replied "because that is the law on cold calling" He then just laughed and said "yea right", and put the phone down while gesticulating with his colleges. Why cant somebody do something about these people?
Telemarketing
Claimed to be ringing about solar panels but the quality of the voice and the pauses before answering my questions made me think I was talking to some sort of AI device on a computer. After I asked several questions it rang off.
Attempted to get me to agree to appliance insurance. These are usually overpriced and by the time the appliance needs repair you will have spent several times the cost of a new machine let alone repair charges.

I have paid £3,600 to this firm. Do not get involved with them under any circumstances. They took the money from me begining Oct 16, 6 months later nothing has happened to collect my bad debt.
