Didn t realise this was a cost trap until I googled the number. It rang once and showed a missed call. I did ring back and there was a message saying it was the boiler service and to press 5 if I wanted a call back. I don t know a boiler service number that would call in a Sunday afternoon from a premium rate number so sadly it looks as if I fell into their trap. I ve never heard of cost trapping before. It s disgusting.
