SCAM 'John' phoned re me possibly being eligible to a free pendant alarm. Then switched to a pre recorded presentation and I could not get my question in. 'John' came back on line and would not say where he had got my details from and he terminated the call
A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.

This is a scam. Claiming to be our child who has a broken phone so has got a temporary number. Then asking for a money transfer as their bank account is locked
