Fraud: Claiming to be a Bank security and advising £300 and £1200( this one international payment has been taken from the account) Automated requesting press various buttons. Didn't identify the bank but reasonably "professional" BE WARNED do not answer or press any numbers

This number rang my Mum this morning, she's retired and in her early 80s. They said they were ringing about some arthritis tablets ordered two months ago that they were going to try and deliver at 11am tomorrow morning. They had an old out of date home address and told her that they would need her new one to complete the delivery and that they had not been paid for so she would have to pay too, at which point she said if I have to pay for them I don't want them and promptly hung up. Called 6th Jan 2022.
