Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. This hasn t happened so I have contacted my credit card company who are working on this. Also you can complain to the legal ombudsmen www.legalombudsman.org.uk or call 0300 555 0333. Good luck!

This caller bothering me for weeks.
Phone rings then they straight away, had this before probably a scam who are just annoying.
Said they were the National Btoadband Network and that my internet and home phone would be disconnected within 24 hours because we had not switched to the NBN and the time to do so had expired. However, we changed over 2-3 years ago. Plus NBN do not make unsolicited phone calls. This is undoubtedly a scam. It sounded like an automated call but was to switch to a technician. Just hang up.

So, started as an automated message saying there was an arrest warrant out against me for fraud. Once I was connected, they asked for my name. I was unwilling to give it, as I suspected it was a spam call, and the person who identified himself as Jason Harris told me to go fuck myself. Can't find any details about the company.
