Had a call, caller knew my name to say that engineer was on the way and cost £79 per hour plus parts, although I am not expecting anything fixing, called back number on answerphone message to clarify and ended in hold queue, am suspicious this is a scam call to prompt calls for invalid reason, although message left sounded relatively genuine call (ie not prerecorded and used name in call) Anyone else with similar occurance?

David with an Indian accent from Microsoft (yeah!). Telling me I was having problems with my computer. When I told him I wasn’t, got abusive!!
Fraud Claims to be HMRC. Robot voice states that HMRC are about to take legal action against. Asking me to press 1 to speak to advisor to pay the amount.
I received a phone call from 02079461929 but when I answered it the caller hung up.
Poor voice recorded message threatening legal actions if call not returned immediately. Some poor vulnerable people could be suckered into this scam. Appalling!
