Cold call. Informed caller that my number is registered on TPS service to avoid such calls. Caller refused to believe and said would phone back later even though I instructed them not to. Number obtained via 1471 system. Same caller phoned back 11 minutes later. AN ABSOLUTE NUISANCE. COMPLAINT LODGED WITH TELEPHONE PREFERENCE SERVICE.
