Phoned to tell me my washing machine warranty has expired and they're sending me the new paperwork by Royal Mail. Read out to me my name and address and when I confirmed these was going to pass me to her "supervisor" to complete a form. Asked her to tell me what brand of washing machine I've actually got. Unsurprisingly she hung up. Don't know what the scam was going to be but clearly there is one

Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place. Its time we all stood up to these type of calls they are rude and should be closed down by the the service providers. Its distracting and takes up valid time from work, my company is making provision to remove all private mobile devices from work.
