this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call. I have been called on numerous occasions throughout the day from the number originating from Doncaster. I have no connection with Doncaster personally or work related. I have checked all policies held and none correspond. Probably easier to answer the call to confirm but this has the feel of a scam/cold call.

I had 4 calls on the same day from 4 different companys offering the same service and everyday since ive been getting text messages from loan companys. Fraud - recorded woman's voice, fraudulent activity involving my National Insurance number, which has been suspended, please press one to speak to a paid(?) operator, I repeat, etc etc. Caller/computer hung up after three or four repeats.
Called me on my mobile at 7.30pm. Quoted my name then said he was calling about my life insurance. When i said i had a financial advisor (which i do) he started shouting aggressively "if you ve got a financial advisor, tell me his name and his middle name". Cut him off and blocked the number.
