Said he was phoning about how we pay our energy bill. Asked for full name,address,DOB,to confirm my identity! I held back and did not supply details as I suspected the call could be a scam. He offered to send an email (knew my email address) and then phone back. I told him to call in an hour as I was busy. No email received and he has not called back. When I checked this number on 'who called me' it made me super-glad I didn't fall for it. This is the most sophisticated scam call I have received - BEWARE !!

SCAM Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Text message claims to be a wrong number but then tries to lure into conversation.

SCAM Eastern European Accent - Matthew Rogers from the International Fob Watch. Asked how I was, I said fine. I said what's this about, sounds interesting. The caller went silent, i could hear them and then they hung up. Suspect this is possibly an investment scam...at a guess. Certainly getting the block treatment.

He is blackmailing me now by threatening to post our private video that he got during our meet up in hotel. He said he will post on social site if I will not follow what he want. He has my Facebook account and instagram details, and threatening me to send that video to my friends and colleagues)? I met him in Tinder from Germany before meeting him in London several weeks ago. I reported him to the police however I'm helpless now amd don't know what to do.

SCAM - offered 40% discount on my next bill, when I asked who they were they said it was for my phone bill. I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. Said that she understood, I had lost money in an investment and would I like to get it back, I asked how she got my name and phone number and she immediately hung up. This is obviously a scam,
