I assume it was an automated call from some seller and that the call was dropped because those companies employ systems that phone multiple numbers from their sales telephone lists and when calls are connected they switch them through to their sales reps or similar. If all reps are busy then some connected calls get dropped since it would be costing them money to keep you on hold until a rep becom

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 7098710xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with silent calls/testing robocalls, PPI - insurance marketing calls and energy companies offers - wide scope call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
