Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137528xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI / Back on track loans / accident chasers from Liverpool. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

I have been called 3 times by this number over the last 2 weeks - often at highly inconvenient meal times. It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus). Message left on my voicemail asking me to call back, saying it was not a sales call. Very odd as I only had this new phone number installed a few days earlier having moved into a new house.
recieved a phonecall on my break at work so with it being a mobile number i answered as my daughter is in nursery. he explained that he was calling today to discuss my credit, when i explained i was at work and i needed to go back i was asked why i answered the call. so i politely stated i thought it might be to do with my daughter and i was swiftly told to F.off then the line went dead!

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily.
