This idiot tried to con me out of some stupid amount for Amazon prime, something I have never had. Unfortunately my husband answered the phone and is more kind to the conners than me. As far as I am concerned all phone callers are potential con artist so I very rarely answer my phone these days. Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
