it wasn t sufficient to tell them I m not interested last week, they leave a voicemail without any message and when I ask them to delete my details they cut me off. Very rude when I rang back again - will be writing to them. SCAM - Male - Indian, asked for me by name, advised recent bank payment had been overpaid & I could get money refunded. He then gave my correct address & asked me to confirm this was correct. Told him this was excitinging news - I have someone with me at the moment, give me your number & I ll call you back. He hung up immediately. Do not ring your bank/credit card company immediately, it may reconnect you back to the caller who will then ask you to confirm your personal details - very dangerous. Instead

caller of Asian descent introduced himself as Michael from Microsoft...an obvious scammer so rang off.

Automated message left on my voicemail. Claimed to be hmrc and quite firm that this message should not be ignored. I deleted it.

When I answered, an Indian man asked me how I was! Said he was from Perfect Preferences and told me it wasn t a sales call. Quoted my name, phone number and address and asked me to confirm them. I told him I wouldn t as I didn t know who I was talking to. He asked for two minutes of my time and when I told him No he banged the phone down.
