an Asian man called me today earlier on this phone number offering me a loan for my tuition fees as i am paying my own fees. he called himself David if i remember right. keep calling , several times in 2 days.. I have trying to ring back and a voice mail is saying this number is incorrect..after several calls is now on rejection list.
