SCAM. I was called by the same "person" on a completely different number a few weeks back and was sufficiently suspicious to look it up. That was a scam too and they seem to have kept the same phone patter but changed to a different phone number today - probably to avoid the numerous scam reports on websites like these of the old phone number.

I had a call from this firm and allowed them to visit me on an appointment. Based off other comments I pretty much interrogated the lady who came to see me and she did produce a contract with the NHS trust that she said she was working with and invited me to call the contact at the trust whilst I was there.. Calls 5/6 times a day, doesn't answer when you text back to ask who it is. When you call the number back it says the number doesn't exist. Avoid!!!!
SCAM Pop up on my laptop to call Microsoft to unblock my laptop. I called this number 07418 361129 she then said theres a small fee of £3.33 for the new subscription fee on off payment. She confirmed the last digits of my bank card and expiry date I said the last 3 on the back on my card and I received a text from Halifax to say don’t give the code out it is a scam for Adidas £250 I spoke with a Fiona Parker that claimed she worked for Microsoft. I am unable to get back into my laptop now. I’ve frozemybank.
