Call pertained to be from TalkTalk asking me to switch off my router as apparently my IPC address has been compromised. If I don't do this they will disconnect my internet ...
This number called my mobile. I ignored it as number I did not recognise and they did not leave a message. I have not disclosed my mobile number to anyone I do not know. I suspect that they are dialling numbers to see if they get a response and that it is a computer dialling the number. If there is no response within a certain time it dials the next.
They have called me twice today, I didn't pick up n have now blocked after reading the comments here.

I need to know who this is
Googling the number shows this to be a "you could be owed money" type of call. Very persistent - calls about once per day for the past ten days.
Called once per day for a week. Left no message on my answerphone and when I did take the call the caller began a script that mentioned "government scheme to reduce my heating bills by 75%". I said "please remove me from your list", they hung up and the calls have continued. I don't answer.

Hi folks !! Dont worry this is Ebay trying to send you all a message code as their system was recently hacked back in May this year 2014. I have just gone to use my Ebay account for the first time in 5 months and it said i need to change my password. This is the number rang my home number immiediately afterwards so i tried doing it again and voila !!! My phone rang again.
