Sales call Another call asking for a few minutes of your time. The caller did not id which firm he is working for or why he is calling but needs your time to complete a survey. The same man rang yesterday from 01613949542 with the same line of patter. How far down the survey does he start asking for your personal details etc?

SCAM. Automated voice message with a female voice used. Reported to be from Inland Revenue and Customs, and claimed that it was vital that I (or my solicitor) phoned the number back. Threatened drastic legal action if I didn't comply. Hung up immediately after.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Ex directory numbers are not immune from auto diallers which call every number in a sequence without regard to ex directory, TPS etc status.

Just received a call from this number about online trading. When asked how they got my number, she said online banner ! Strange - I asked her to remove my details - she said that I would need to speak to someone in the company and would not give me the name of the company. Then hung up on me.
Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.
Rang but no one there except office noises when answered.
