This company has called me between 2-3 times a day telling me I've applied for a loan. Each time I've assured them I haven't applied for s loan and ask to removed off marketing, and each time they hang up when I asked to be removed and continue to call me each day. Does anybody know what offence is being committed here and how I could begin prosecution? As I don't believe it's a breach of data protection

Said that they worked with my supplier but couldnt tell me who it was. They are obviously a telemarketing company who are looking to sell details to electricity suppliers for future sales. I politely declined and she thanked me for listening and hung up.

I had carried out an online speed check, as I am with Talk Talk, which came back as slow, but I didn't ever log a service call. BEWARE - THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TALK TALK!

Fraud - tell you that HMRC have issued a warrant for your arrest and to press 1 then they leave the connection open at their end and charge you premium rates for the call. Please don't answer - people have lost up to £300 pressing 1 and then they continually try you on different numbers every day after this. This should have been stopped long ago by the authorities - it's a disgrace that it hasn't been.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. As people do search for this number, it should be used, so be aware - similar numbers are already reported with debts/loans, financial services and PPI.

They knew my name, address, postcode and phone number. Fairly obvious that they are identifying opportunities for onward selling. I think the only reason I have a home phone these days is for junk/spam calls. Another one for the block list.
