They keep trying to offer me a free boiler which I don't want or need; rang twice today alone!

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I explain that I am neither of those names and they respond with "you re there, you ll do" and they are a nuisan

Don't pick up from this number! They'll bombard you with phoney PPI calls, I've had 10 in the last 5 days, all from different numbers but the same company.

She did give a company name but I couldn t get it. wouldn t say what it concerned just kept insisting on information regarding my number and my address. Received 2 calls from this number which purports to be from Santander fraud dept. A recorded message asks that I cal back on a freephone number entering a 3 digit code. I am suspicious of calls of this type and will first check with Santander to verify whether it is a real message or not.

On answer machine was a message about court action against me over an unpaid bill, see you in court I thought!
