I missed this call but when checking the area code I found it to be from the Orkney Islands. I was not expecting a call from there and looking into it further it could be an accident claims company.
I cancelled my plan with Appliance serve but yesterday received a letter from them to say I am protected for a further year. When I phoned them to complain the said the company had been taken over and it was the fault of there computer system
