i said i wasn't interested in life assurance - made out i already had it, and mine was running out. then hung up on me after shouting if i dont review it, its not going to pay out when i die!

They call twice a day every day after 11am and after 3pm. They leave a voicemail every time too. They will not get the hint

SCAM said from my insurance wanted to know personal details when I asked what company he was calling from he said worked on behalf of then named nearly every insurance company when I said I’m not happy giving my details that there is a lot of scams going about he hung up

This unknown number called and opened the connection to my phone and headset. Claimed to be from HMRC about to take legal action unless I selected an option. A scam and immediately cut call. SCAM

Annoying and relentless

SCAM, I just got a very nasty rude unrepeatable message from this number, swearing at me. I have no idea who this is and it obviously is not anyone I know. I assume they want me to react in some way such as calling them, which I will not as it must be a scam.

Glad I got this number blocked...They would call me several times a day.

After I was told it was BT to tell me why my phone was being disconnected I put the phone down, and called the number back, and the number was not recognised.

... the caller had a very strong Asian accent and greeted me, (eventually), with "good evening!". It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Took several seconds to connect and there were call centre noises in the background. Told me I'd receive details of a claim through the post in the next 2 days, which is nonsense, as I haven't made any claims. Told them I subscribed to the TPS and for them to remove me from their list, for all the good it'll do!

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8438667xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

I am sick and tired of these bloody people ringing my home and as soon as you pick up line going dead. When doing 1471 as waiting for news from vet etc or elderly relation in hospital, and calling this number, went onto your call is in queue. It is a scam and could be actually charging you. You have no right to call my home I am on TPS and we will do our best to get your prosecuted. You actually live locally so if we find out who you are then we will ensure everyone knows where you are operating from.

EMS WE HAVE RECEIVED INFORMATION YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN A MINOR ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT!! Unless you're looking to make a fraudulent claim then I wouldn't bother calling back or answering the phone
