At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. Aggressive Indian call centre. Have called every day for a week so far. I ve given up asking to be removed from their caller list. Now hang up as soon as they identify themselves. Our elec contract expires in 6 months, so I m expecting about another 100 calls. Can t block as landline and we are TPS registered :(
