I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. This number is for Kinex, Unicom and two other companies, presumably in the same group. Last number called service states the number to be 0191 5806474. When dialed this number plays taped music, no voice message. Private individuals with no business utility accounts are frequently called. this is occurring more often in recent weeks.
