Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!! I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

It was an automatic message saying there was an attempt of £900 payment with my Visa Card… This looks suspicious for me as someone tried to take a fake payment with my Visa card a few months ago but a real person from my bank called me, not a robot!
