Safe number to use, initially they called stating they are from CarphoneWarehouse, but the number was genuine from Viva Visa UK as regulated by OISC from the Gov.UK website, they seem to be victim of scam using their ID number in replacement - therefore if you are using their legal service then brilliant carry on, but if you are not then I would suggest blocking the number.
Called twice and asked for Sky account holder. I told them I couldn t speak then but to call back later. The number looks legit but when I tried to check it out there was a message saying the callers message box was full - not good. They did call back as suggested but then no-one was on the line.

Landline from Manchester area - previously I have seen many numbers from this area belonging to some call centres - home and life insurance marketing mostly. I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but as I can see people do search for this number on different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (016181491xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume all the numbers belong to the same call centre.
