SCAM - SCAM - claims to be from internet service provider, and they're going to disconnect me unless I take action and press a button to connect.
Fraud caller said his name was Brian and he worked for Microsoft and based in Reading. Told me that I had down loaded illegal material on my computer, to log on and he would clear it. when I declined he threatened me by "blocking" my internet access. I suggested he do that and I would call him back to be reconnected. He hung up!
Automatic call from 01375387634 at 7.53 am . Answered phone and they said goodbye. Probably phishing for numbers that are not allocated to use.

Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd

Repeatedly receiving silent calls from this number, despite being ex-directory and on the TPS.
Got a call from this number saying that I had successful PPI claim on a credit card and they needed UKASH voucher for their 10% commission - although I had never paid PPI on that card. A quick google check showed another cost trap with very similar number (02032864182) with almost identical MO. I shall therefore most definitely NOT be giving them any UKASH code, nor any other detail. Hopefully I can help protect potential victims.

SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. They also use another number as soon as you tell them to go away in short, sharp jerky movements ( that s f off in Enlgish lol! ). The other number they use is 002079460172 - tell them to go away as well if you get them folks and tell them you re Pakistani just for added effect - does the trick! :)
