PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. So they can make a note of that bit but not the fact that we re not interested?! I ended up hanging up, she was just so unpleasant.

I think this is the 2nd time this no. has called me. I rang back and was put in a queue with a high, nasal, slightly too fast, American your call is very important to us, please stay on the line . (i didn t)
Wanted to give me a discount as I was a loyal customer. Then tried to get my bank details and debit card number to check that I was the correct customer. When I put the phone down a supervisor called me back and asked the same questions, when I said that they should know I didn t pay my bills by debit card and that I thought the call was a scam he cut the call.

I let him babble on and on and when he's finished, I let him repeat the details by asking further questions. After that I told him that I'll get my mistress to go through the details and call back. He then gave me a number to call back which was 02036951143 together with his 'Agent ID'. I see that 02036951143 is another of these scamming numbers. Scammers!
