It's a scam offering a discount card for all major supermarkets and once you give your age group they told me I was also eligible for free return flight tickets and a week in a European villa. Catch - needed my 16 digit credit/Debit card number to place a penny charge to authenticate who I was. Needless to say I did not provide.

"Our Student Fundraisers will call you from 0121 678 1000, but please note that this number is outgoing only. I`ve checked and the caller is either Helping Hands (a handyman firm) or a firm called Coldel who do removals. The address is 23 Southmead Road Fareham PO15 5JY.
Call centre / SPAM probably. Called me at 08.45 on 9th October. When answered there was just a muffled sounding voice, possibly a call centre?

Fraud - claim to be Amazon but called a number not known on my Amazon account.
This caller left a recorded message to say "to find out more about this case before we proceed to legal action press 1". If you press 1 you just get a repeat of the message. For the elderly like me this is quite frightening.

I got a call from this number this morning on answering A recorded message (american accent0 started the call saying that a legal writ has been placed on my name I should.... I cut the call and redialled the nr and when I engaged with the operator stating I wasn't pleased with bing subject to legal action the operator put the phone down on me. Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!
