I answered but didn t speak, as the sound is what triggers the robot usually - if it is a real person they will speak first. they hung up.

Upon answering a call on the land line around 18:30 this evening, the caller hung up so out of curiosity I dialled 1471 (UK), the call back service and I pressed 3 on my phone to be put directly through to the missed call number. I didn t catch the receivers company name but heard a American or maybe Canadian Man s accent and instructions for extension required. I have not answered any calls from this nos but, they persistently call! sometimes as often as 4/5 times daily.

Letter from RSA with this telephone number to contact Customer Relations Team about a complaint I DID NOT have with Halifax Insurance group

This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). We need to fight back against these scammers.
