SCAM Asian guy called said he was from BT outreach but I put the phone down as I'm not with them
Something to do with appliance insurance. Keep calling, getting annoying now.
Automated voice asking about 'housing issues like damp, cracks etc' and falsely claiming to call on behalf of housing.
It's CCS media - Bradford based tech supplier. Legit company if you already work with them. I've never known them to cold call for sales either, so should be safe.

I received an unexpected call from 020 8058 1673. Upon answering I heard a robotic voice (female) saying 'Goodbye' and the line went dead. With all the incidents of spyware and viruses being deployed via a call, this is rather alarming. Please be careful. Do not answer this Automated call number.

Call center, domestic and general appliance insurance. If I was with them, I would have had an email reminding me my policy was running out. As I'm with another company and renewing with them, it's just another annoying cold call.
