I received quite a few calls from this number last week and they insist that i have had an accident .... ive just blocked the number :)
Claimed to be from BT Openreach and was I aware someone else was using my Broadband; they were going to help me. I played along but may have laid it on a bit thick about starting my Son's computer up and they went away... shame I wanted to know what they were after - especially as I don't have a BT connection!
