This is 100% a genuine call from Marks and Spencer’s Credit Services. I called them independently on their website contact number and they were trying to contact me with an account related query. The annoying thing is when I had tried to answer the number on the first ring the call germinated. However, it is not a scam number.

Received a test similar to other reviews about a Loan from Everyday Loans/George Banco/TrustTwo. However, it gave the correct reference number for the loan that I have with them included. SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. She'd done the "How are you this morning?", like a lot of the phone scams do. Nothing was said about security questions! Suspect this was another scam call.
My wife took the call and person with a Asian voice started to go on about my council tax and when i asked why he was calling at this time he said it was very important and i told him all government offices are closed and that this is a failed scam and he and his boss must be as thick as hell to call at this time then i put the phone down. Beware its another scam.

If they have taken money from your account its easy to get back go to your bank and explain to them and ask them you want to do charge back they will help you and within few days your money will be refunded. and don t forget each transaction it will cost this fraudsters around 20 quick just for charge back.
