Complete scam - calling asking about accidents claiming to have my details from a database. LIARS and FRAUDSTERS

Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. Cold call. Informed caller that my number is registered on TPS service to avoid such calls. Caller refused to believe and said would phone back later even though I instructed them not to. Number obtained via 1471 system. Same caller phoned back 11 minutes later. AN ABSOLUTE NUISANCE. COMPLAINT LODGED WITH TELEPHONE PREFERENCE SERVICE.
