I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. I didn t catch the beginning of the message stating the caller (even when it was repeated) but understood that that an order for collection had been delayed for 24 hours. After checking this site (and hearing from my daughter that she had received an email from M&S with the same details) I can confirm this number is currently for M&S

TRYING TO SELL PPI

This is a NHS reminder call for a hospital appointment 2 weeks ahead of date. They woke me up at 10pm when I had just fallen asleep so are a nuisance call. They call several time before the date of appointment, they are a nuisance.
