This company called saying that they were aware ny pension had been frozen. (I left work in May 2015 due to ill health...I'm 38) they had no info about my pension and kept asking me to confirm my details...which they had non of. According to them the Gov had asked such companies to call people who could be subject to costs for freezing their pension, this company could do a free report to see if I was one of those people. Stephen (with a strong Indian sub-Continental accent) called from the "National Bureau" and addressed me by name, about an accident someone in the household had suffered in the last three years (not true). I asked for their telephone number as they had our details. He asked if the information about the crash was true before he could give it, I asked for their number, he asked if the information was true, I asked for their number etc and this went on 3 times. I never got round to telling him we are TPS
This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and had has been placing calls over and over to us to the point of harassment. He has been told that we will not put his call through to the person he wishes to speak to as they dont want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through and then sits mimicking me down the phone line. He leaves the call connected so nobody else can call our number. The number 0203 655 7035 has connections to India and this is an Indian guy speaking.
