SCAM A scam text message received claiming I have been in contact with someone who has the Omicron COVID variant. It prompts you to click a link in the text to apply for a test kit and then asks for personal information such as bank details so you can pay for postage and packaging. Police are aware.

Yet, another Solar Panel caller wanting to test our solar panels. Nothing more than a scam caller and told them so, if your panels are working, you can tell by the read outs and feed in tariff! If there is a fault, they wont work, if they are down and not working properly the read outs will tell you. The say they are employed to test the panels free of charge, all they will do is test and say your system can be improved. Be warned!

This account is in my daughters name, also if I want to speak to someone it said to dial 1, which I did and got an Asian sounding voice. When I tried to explain she cut me off. got a call from 01823475181 its to qualify people in the area for the goverment eco 4 scheme, very polite man called me, but unfortunately im on oil heating and was informed there is no funding at the moment.
Constant calls from 0161 area, as soon as I block it, they call another day on a similar number, just a complete waste of time and very frustrating that they continue to get away with this form of harassment. Should be illegal.

I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.
