Asian male, very aggressive, calling from Brummie Refunds, Birmingham. Trying to con ppl into PPI refunds. Hardly spoke English, probably shipped in on the back of the lorry and working for £1 an hour. Caller shouted everything, "I sign you up, I sign you up!!" Very intimidating. The government needs lynching for allowing this to happen.

Repeatedly get calls regarding an accident my father-in-law had. They want to know if there was a passenger & try to do a claim for injuries. Told them no-one else involved....

This is a number used by scammers trying to access your computer by telling you that it is infected, they guide you to view the syslog and look at the really bad infections. Then if you are daft enough they get you to open a command prompt window and log onto their website - result yhey have your computer and bye bye to lots of money

When I tried to politely decline advertising, I was told abruptly that the caller would call me again next year! Very aggressive and unnecessary.

The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. i just received a call off this number telling me they had money set aside for a car accident i had been in, ive never had or being involved in a car accident ever and when i told him this the guy became aggressive and started sarcastically saying i must be a safe driver! and that it must be someone on my policy or if ive been a passenger, he didnt have a clue and was just rude, do not answer this call!

Claimed to be from NPOWER had quite a bit of information on us.. eventually got round to asking for our password.. contacted npower .. defo not them .. also keeps ringing on 016...

I keep getting missed calls from this number. They leave me voicemails, but they are always silent on the other end... Seems a bit dodgy to me so I will keep swerving these calls!
