This is more than likely to be a scam caller, 
nas I never give out my home number to anyone
nother than family members and close friends.

I have received numerous calls on a daily basis from this number. I always screen my calls and I have voicemail setup on my phone but a message is never left.

SSE seems likely for me as they are trying to get me to have a smart meter
