Unwanted calls from this no loads of times

I believe it is someone who called the wrong number. I got a caller on my mobile. I have my number for more than 10 years. I think she misdialled from her phone. She asked for Gemma. I just said there is no Gemma and she got the wrong number. I can't say if this is a trick or not.

I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

Been calling my phone several times a day for how many days already but I ve never answered the calls as its unknown to me. I don t want to be harassed by these people and have no way of blocking the number.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). I keep an eye on my credit rating and am debt free. I have received unsolicited calls and texts. Called the number in the texts and asked to call this one - which I didnt. I have not given my name or address to anyone. I find this very fishy. They are a debt collection agency, so have the ability to access my address. After seeking advise, I will wait for them to send me some mail, addressed to me that outlines the reason for their communication.
