a follow up call after visiting the dealership a few weeks ago.

Usual PPI rubbish. Fair play, the (Swansea-based) guy sounded as bored with it all as I am.

Very aggressive person when told i m not interest, said how do I know i m not interested, when asked to take me off their phone list told he would contact me again when I was not at work,again told to take me off their list, still got aggressive, I put phone down.

Claimed to be HMRC and threatening legal action for unpaid tax. Don t think so!

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Scammers - clearly baffled by voicemail and left half a message saying "car accident that wasn t your fault, is that right?"

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. The girl said she was called Sophie Joyce (surname given after I questioned her for it) and the company she was working for was Outspire Insource on behalf of EE. Started trying to sell me some new deals. I revealed that I had Googled the number and had read that a number of people had posted to say it was a scam.
