Recieved Text message on my mobile at 01:36a.m. ! It was described as from NatWest telling me I'd get a call from this no about a Debit Card payments and my card was blocked . I rang the NAT WEST fraud team's number from their web pages and it verified that they had called me on my mobile so it was from them. Then verified several recent transactions I had made. Had this number call twice, the second time I answered I asked the caller to speak up as I was deaf (I m not deaf). So the caller raised there voice, I said I m sorry but they would have to speak louder, after doing this several times they were absolutely screaming down the phone.... I told them I still couldn t hear, would they speak louder. In the end they hung up on me and have not called back.
