Claimed to be a company called ESS. They said that they were aware that I had a boiler over 10 years old and that they were agents for Zanussi. When I told them that the number was registered with the TPS, the call was disconnected.

Called me this evening at 18:30. No one said anything then they hung up.

Got a call from this number at 8.50 am. Recognised it from other times. Googled to check who it was. Not interested in these pains. Barred call.

Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! So what am i supposed to use it for? unbelivable there so called retion deals are double what another provider offered me. Glad i got my pac code of them as im leaving! unknown caller yesterday

Noone has my mobile number, and it nevers rings but today it did after i did apply for a new PAYG Sim Card for free from what i thought was genuine o2 web page advertising. If they are genuine and it s a courtesy call then fine, otherwise these could be scamartists trying to confirm your details by tricking you into surrending them online thinking its for a free sim card and cloning o2 s advertising website style. Be careful!

Called the number it didn't event ring it went straight there to a lady saying "this cah how can I help" They have clearly cottoned on and are buying local area ...
