No idea who it is or what scam they are running as True Caller didn t let them annoy me but as I don t know anyone from Ebbsfleet I ve blocked them anyway

Someone keeps calling me from this number and they hang up. There is background noise but no-one speaks.

Have received 2 phone calls within the past hour from 018457826044 -fortunately I am able to not answer as I have a display number phone. Most certain it is a nuisance caller.

I ve just had a call from this number. They said that as I had been involved in a road accident my case had been referred to them. As I had a car accident in the last week my insurance company had referred me to an injury claim solicitor (one who does a lot of advertising on TV) so I thought this was them until I was passed to a supervisor who then proceeded to say "I understand you have been involved in an accident in the last two years". Called twice today, no message left but also didn't clear the line. so the landline appeared busy for quite some time afterwards.

I had 16 phone calls from this number (Clinic Compare, part of lasik-eyes) over the space of 5 days asking for me by name because I made an inquiry into laser eye surgery online. They are a waste of time as they want your details to match you with a laser eye clinic. As soon as I said I d already made appointments with other companies she virtually put the phone down on me.

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. Bloody nuisance, especially while ill in hospital!!!

Calls every day around 8am - luckily I have my phone on mute at this time. Message left says they?re calling from Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds/Halifax/BoS/MBNA/Sainsbury?s Bank etc.). I?ve never banked with any of these outfits so best guess is scam.
