SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.
Pre-recorded message (English lady s voice) informing me that my line is to be cut within 24to 48 hours because of illegal activity on my internet connection

Picked up the call, no one replied and it got disconnected in few sec.
This number called and my phone labelled it as Suspected Spam. When I called back it went straight to 'on hold'. I blocked it.

Just had a recorded message from this number about Tax fraud. Most likely a scam.
Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don t call off lists and it was the first time they d attempted to call. He was polite enough but just wouldn t take my word for it. Each time i ve put the phone down after asking them to remove my details but not happened yet. Fraud Received a text message saying a new payee had been set up on my hsbc account and to click the link if I didn’t Set it up. Slight problem I don’t bank with HSBC and I’m pretty sure they don’t use mobile numbers to warn there customers !

This number called my phone whilst I was out. Upon returning home and returning the call, they asked my name and insisted they hadn't called me. They wouldn't tell me who they were and hung up.
They call asking to speak to the Director / Head of Finance about financial matters He says he is from Birmingham, a quick companies house search will show a CFS Consultancy was dissolved in 2010. Do not give them any information. Report the call to the telephone preference service. FRAUDSTERS

Hi anyone who reads this regarding this nuisance number. I have just reported them to the ico (information commissioners office), google them, give them a call and report this number, when they get enough complaints they can take the company to court and fine them A LOT OF MONEY. Justice. They just need people to report them enough as evidence, they cannot work on individual cases.

This idiot tried to con me out of some stupid amount for Amazon prime, something I have never had. Unfortunately my husband answered the phone and is more kind to the conners than me. Energy Guard cold call. Told me I had asbestos in my lost. Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. He hung up!
