We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

When subsequent callers have been asked the same question the line has 'dropped out' from the far end! Make your own decision!
