The caller said he was calling on behalf of Vodafone and would like to make me offers. I told him that I m happy with my contract and did not want any calls. He interrupted me and said that I have no idea how good his offer and let them in front of me. I interrupted him and said, "Not interested" and hung up. Why not understand the "No"?

This is a really great computer training company; they come to your house, and help you with anything you need help learning how to use, and also how to find out how to use something yourself. Really great and I will use them again, Adam is the best trainer, he has a computer Sciences degree so he knew his stuff, he had such a good way of describing it to me, and once I got it, everything started falling into place. 10/10 and highly recommended. Asked if I wanted help with my loans and ppi - i queried what loans and ppi - they eventually admitted they don t know what loans or ppi - so i declined. I was then informed by the experienced sales person that he supposed ignorance is bliss and if I want to live like that then so be it. There s a four letter word with his name all over it... needless to day despite many times of asking them to scrub me from their databases they continue to pester me with inane rubbish.
