THis company called me and said a member of my family had been involved in a car crash. I asked could this be my mum, who had driven me to work this morning and then gone home, but wouldn t give me more information, or even tell me if she was ok. Eventually they said that she hadn t been in an accident and it was a sales call. Disgusting.

Asked if I was a council house tenant If I have any cracked walls... which I coincidentally do but I don't confirm...I Kept Pressing Him: How They Have Number and Name (if only in part). He remainded polite and calm but still keen to get more information, WITHOUT giving HIS organisation's details.
Have recieved numerous calls for the past 3 days from them. Dont know who they are, havent picked up.

They called at 13.58 on Friday 12th June, 2020. A Fllipino sounding young man. Asked me questions about mortgage and life insurance. He was polite, and reassured me that he wasn't selling anything. The survey lasted only about 90 seconds. Probably he will pass my data to some marketing firm and they will then perhaps try to sell me something, which of course I'll refuse. Called and an automated but very convincing message said she was calling because I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault (I haven t). The script is timed to coincide with your answer, most likely a phishing or other scam to get personal details.
