This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19282007xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, car accident / accident claims, insurance marketing - very usual mix. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

text message claiming you are eligible for a tax return and a link to where you can claim it. the link has 'gov' in it, but it is not the gov.uk site, it ends in .com. didn't click on it, but I assume they are next going to ask for card info then drain your account, so be weary. never, ever click links sent from random numbers claiming to be companies or the gov, they do not operate like this. for tax return you will get a physical envelope in your mail, never earlier than April when they actually close the
