Then I saw from email the request action was done 6 days ago by British airway. SCAM Answered call, advised to press 1 or a warrant for my arrest would be issued. Said it was HMRC and there was a fraud investigation in my name. I advised before I provided personal details, could they advice the reason for the call as no letters had been issued. The caller terminated the call.

Said he was from talk talk in regards to the Internet dipping and going off a few times over the past few weeks. (which it has). Didn't ask any security information in regards to my account but proceeded to ask me how many devices are connected to my router? Told him I was uncomfortable discussing that information. He hung up. Possible scam as there are no other search results for the phone number.
